VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Meridian, and Superior Vision.

For your medical eye care needs, we accept most PPO plans including Humana, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Meridian, Zing Health Medicare Advantage Plan, Specialty Physicians of Illinois, and Medicare. Please call our office to ask about your specific plan. Cash, personal checks, and credit cards are also acceptable forms of payment.
